My recommendation after comparing both
I find Shopify’s fees to be more transparent and better for long-term scaling. Also, you have far more control over the platform and your storefront. On the other hand, eBay is a marketplace, which means that in exchange for the higher fees, you don’t have to worry about getting traffic. You literally have millions of potential customers already on-site.
