These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of tutorialstack.io (the “Website”), operated by Stepan Chysky (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

2. About Tutorial Stack

Tutorial Stack is an online publication providing tutorials, reviews, comparisons, and buying guides for software, tools, and services used in online business — including ecommerce, SEO, hosting, privacy, and related categories. All other trademarks, product names, and logos referenced on the Website — including but not limited to Shopify, Semrush, Hostinger, NordVPN, Surfshark, Namecheap, Temu, WordPress, and others — are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary purposes only. Reference to third-party trademarks does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with those trademark holders, except where explicitly stated.

Fair use and personal sharing. You may share short excerpts or single images from the Website on social media or in personal communications, provided you attribute Tutorial Stack and link back to the original page. For any reuse beyond this, contact us for permission.

15. DMCA Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent provisions of EU copyright law, we will respond to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement.

Filing a copyright infringement notice

If you believe that material on the Website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to info@tutorialstack.io with the subject line “DMCA Copyright Notice”. Your notice must include all of the following (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. Submit a DMCA notice only if you are certain of your claim.

Counter-notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to info@tutorialstack.io, including the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

16. Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or otherwise acted in a manner harmful to us, our users, or third parties. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 17) will survive.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Website shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic, except where applicable consumer protection law grants a consumer the right to bring proceedings in the consumer’s country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject matter.
